IPA (India Pale Ale)

This style is very popular in the microbrew world, with a pronounced hop flavor, often fruity, bitter and floral. IPAs can be quite strong in alcohol and flavor.

Pale Ale

Less bitter than an IPA, but still dominated by hop aromas. A very versatile style, often balanced with a light touch of malt.

Stout

A dark beer, often rich in chocolate, coffee and caramel flavors. It can be light or more robust, and some microbreweries add ingredients like fruit or spices to personalize the taste.

Porter

Similar to stout, but often softer and sweeter. It also has coffee and chocolate aromas, but with a lighter texture.

Blonde Ale

A light, often easy-drinking beer with hints of cereal and honey. It's a style often chosen to appeal to a wide audience.

Season

A highly aromatic Belgian beer, often slightly spicy and fruity, with a pronounced effervescence. It can be very varied, depending on the brewery.

Witbier

A Belgian white beer, generally unfiltered, with citrus and spicy aromas such as coriander. Very refreshing, it's perfect for summer.

Sour

Sour beers are a big hit with microbreweries. They can be fruity, sour and full of character, often obtained through spontaneous fermentation or the addition of lactic acid bacteria.

Artisanal lager

Less common, but increasingly popular with microbreweries, it can offer a lighter, more refreshing taste than ales, but with complex nuances typical of craft brewing.

Alcohol-free products

Alcohol-free products have become increasingly popular in recent years. Whether for health reasons, personal choice or simply to reduce consumption. Brewers offer a wide range of alcohol-free products in different styles: fruity, hoppy, pilsner or lager. They are very refreshing and light, perfect for an aperitif. The alcohol-free range also includes wines, mocktails and spirits.
